Where the Jeep Renegade takes you
Mechanically this covers the same ground as our earlier Renegade: gravel side valleys, mountain village streets, Kakheti's vineyard tracks, and Ushguli in summer on the sealed road. It is the car we suggest most often for a first trip to Georgia, because it is small enough for the cities and capable enough that an unplanned gravel detour stops being a decision. The limits are the same as every compact 4WD in the fleet - Tusheti, the Abano Pass and genuinely rough tracks belong to the 4Runner and Prado.
Living with it
The 2018-2021 cars bring a refreshed cabin and updated infotainment, which on a week of long transfers between Tbilisi, Kutaisi and the coast is a bigger quality-of-life gain than it sounds.
